Beloved husband of the late Kay. Dear father of John, Bernard, Catherine and James. Brother of Josie, T.J. and the late Phyllis, Frances, Paddy, Johnny and Paul. Reposing at Macken's Funeral Home, Distillery Road, Wexford, Y35 HP29 on Monday, 16th December from 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm. Removal shall take place on Tuesday morning, 17th December, to St. Alphonsus' Church, Barntown for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Saturday 14th December from 6pm to 8pm. Arriving at Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles on Sunday 15th December at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Thurles.

Thomas (Tom) Laffan Bray Co. Wicklow and late of Castleiney Co. Tipperary. December 13th. 2024. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Earlsbrook House Nursing Home Bray, surrounded by his loving family. Will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Sheila, his children David, Mark, Suzanne, Catherine, Ralph and Daniel, daughters-in-law Patricia, Sheilah, Lene and Sinead, sons-in-law Ciaran and Paul, grandchildren Danielle, Sean, Ciaran, Eibhlín, Aoife, Eoin, Cian, Aisling, Eimear, Caoileann, Aoibheann, Malachy, Tadhg, Isla Lily, Fionn, Caoimhe and Patrick, his siblings John, Michael, Eileen and Pat (Predeceased by his brother Billy and sister Mary) extended family and friends.

 

Reposing at Thomas Murphy and Sons Funeral Home Boghall Road Bray on Monday December 16th. from 6pm to 7.30pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 10.30am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace followed by committal at 1pm in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

Margaret (Peggy) O’Brien (nee Hennessy) (Millbrook, Annacarty, Co. Tipperary & formerly of Ballylanders, Co. Limerick) December 12th 2024, peacefully in University Hospital, Clonmel, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Sadly missed by her loving husband Gerald, daughters Marie and Kathleen, sons Mikey, John, Tony, Joe and Eamon, sister Philomena, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren Darragh, Sean, Isla, Aidan, Roisín, Michael, Conor, Nicole, Anthony, Chloe, Joe, Gerald, Oliver and Robyn, nieces, nephews, relatives, carers and friends.

Predeceased by her husband's Thomas O'Shaughnessy and Sean Ryan, brother Eamonn Shanahan, grandchildren Eoin, Aoife and Craig, great grandchild Lauren. Tony (formerly of London, England) passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital. Beloved husband of Jackie, cherished father of baby Janis (deceased), Jackie, Carys and Kirby, father-in-law of Arthur and Tom, granddad to Becky, DJ, Ashleigh, Beatrix and Frida, great-granddad of Leighton, Noah and Molly-Rose. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

Tony's Memorial Service will take place in St. Nicholas Church, Grange on Monday at 12 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in the New Cemetery, Grange.

The death has occurred of John O’Leary, Goatenbridge, Ardfinnan, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

 

John passed away peacefully at home on Thursday morning surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband and father he will be sadly missed by his loving wife Maria, son John, daughters Catherine (Goonan) and Margaret (Harte). Adored grandfather of Darragh, Abbie, Kayleigh, Michael, Christine, Sinéad, Niamh, Clara, Sarah and Séan, he will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, sister Eileen (Tobin), sons-in-law Michael & John, daughter-in-law Kathleen, sister-in-law Annie, brothers-in-law, grand-daughter-in-law Ashley, Adam, Colm and Anna, nephews, nieces, neighbours & his many friends.
