The death has occurred of Jennifer Kenny (née Donegan), Moorehall Lodge, Dublin Road, Drogheda and formerly of Bayview Avenue, North Strand, Dublin, on the 20th May peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff of Moorehall Lodge.

 

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.

 

Predeceased by her husband Austin. Sadly missed by her daughters Gemma and Emer and her grandchildren, Alex, Molly, Hannah, Finn and Emily, her sister Therese, son-in-laws Gary and Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law,nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.

 

Service for Jennifer on Thursday, 22nd May, at 1:30pm at Dardistown Crematorium, Collinstown Cross, Old Airport Road, Cloghran, Co Dublin K67 HP26 and can be viewed live https://www.dctrust.ie/location/dardistown/dardistown-chapel-webstreaming.html

Nuala Maher
(née Bowe)

Formerly of Nodstown, Boherlahan and Leigh, Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary. Passed away peacefully on May 21st, 2025, in the loving care of the staff at Cork University Hospital. Nuala, reunited with her beloved husband Kieran and predeceased by her parents Jermiah and Nora and her siblings Ned, William, and Carmel. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family: daughter Niamh, sons Jack and Brian, son-in-law James, daughters-in-law Mairéad and Caitríona, grandchildren Dylan, Aidan, Noah, Maggie, Tim, Cormac, Grace and Mia. Also mourned by her brothers Con, Seamus, Tim, Gerry and Tossie; sisters Hannah Kirby, Mary-Anne Carew, Eileen Coakley, Kay McCarthy, Breda Bowe and Noreen Harding; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends

Reposing at Devitt’s Funeral Home this Thursday evening from 5pm to 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Boherlahan at 11.30am and can be viewed on https://churchcamlive.ie/boherlahan-dualla-parish/ followed by Burial in Ardmayle Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Bru Columbanus, CUH, Cork. 

Bernadette McManus
(née Kenny)

Bernadette McManus, Belbow Lane, Fethard, Co Tipperary (E91C938) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday May 21st 2025. Predeceased by her husband Peter, sisters Mary, Kathleen and Philly, brothers Billy and Michael, brother-in-law Tony and sister in law Margaret. Sadly missed by Gary, Grainne and Rhona, their husbands Paddy and Mick and wife Jenn, adoring grandchildren Zoë and husband Sean, Kelda and Arienne and great grand daughter Evie ;her brother Joe and sisters Rita and Carmel, as well as extended brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at home on Friday May 23rd from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Bernadette's Funeral Mass will take place in the Augustinian Abbey Church, Fethard, on Saturday May 24th at 12 noon followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery. The Mass can be watched live online at www.fethardabbey.com

The family would like to extend special thanks for the exceptional care that Bernadette received in St Christopher's Ward , Marymount Hospice, St Frances Unit at the Mercy Hospital, Cork and from Dr Carmel Condon and her entire team at Northgate Medical Centre in Fethard and all of her wonderful neighbours and friends who were very good to her with their kindness in the past few months. She will be forever missed by all of her relatives, extended family , wonderful neighbours and many friends.
