Carmel Costigan (Fr. Matthew Street, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary and late of Grovine East, Kilkenny) 18th of June 2025 (following a long illness bravely borne). Predeceased by her infant brother Trevor. Beloved daughter of Ned and Marian, much loved sister of Adrian and Michelle. Carmel will be sadly missed by her parents and siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours, friends and colleagues in Tipperary and Kilkenny.
Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home, Kilkenny (R95 FH90) from 4.30p.m. to 6.30p.m. on Friday (20th June) with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 5p.m. Funeral on Saturday at 12noon in St. Joseph's Church, Foulkstown followed by interment in the adjoining Cemetery. House private please.
Kathleen passed peacefully in the wonderful care of Gerard and the team at Bramley Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Tom, son Tom (Tucker), daughter Bernie, siblings Mary Burke (Ardfinnan), Tom Burke (Ardfinnan), grand daughters Anne Maria and Christina.
Forever missed by her children Maria, Teresa, Ann, Pat, Martina and Robert, sons in law, daughter in law, her 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

John (Johnny) Powell
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John (Johnny) Powell, Prior Park and formerly Ard Na Gréine, Clonmel, 17th June 2025, ex ESB, peacefully in the tender care of the staff at the Slievenamon Unit, Tipperary University Hospital, following a short illness. Predeceased by his parents John and Brigid, baby sister Eleanor, brothers Tony and Willie. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, beloved wife Mary, children Susan, Denis, Rita, Jilly, John and Alan, sons-in-law Mervyn Colville and Marc Somers, daughters-in-law Adele and Rachel, and his 11 adored grandchildren Danny, Yvie, John, Harry, Julia, Bobby, Andrew, Ewan, Jasmine, Jack and Lily, his sister Phyllis Fitzgerald, brothers Michael and Peter, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Fennessy's Funeral Home this Friday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock with removal to Ss. Peter & Paul's at 7.30 o'clock. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11.30 o'clock followed by cremation service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co.Cork.
