13. Darragh Kelly (Éire Óg Annacarty)
Kelly's first year at the adult level was one to remember as he looked a seasoned campaigner from his first game.
He was immense in the West Championship and carried that form into the county series, scoring 1-12 throughout. A classy young hurler.
