Is there a better player in terms of use of the ball and vision in the country? He is really stepping into the mantle of the captaincy with great assurance and his workrate and attitude this year has been a step above his usual high standards. He, along with Tynan, taught an inexperienced Tommy O’Connell and Brian Roche a few harsh lessons as he pulled the strings all night long. What a player.
