The St Marys man received the freedom of Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Saturday and he duly delivered the goods because of it. To be fair though, it wasn’t solely down to the Cork deficiencies that he excelled. He was immense up and down the field all day, with Noel McGrath finding him time and again as the Clonmel man registered 0-3 from play. So underrated.
