Tipperary's rent prices rose 16.3% compared to this time last year, according to today's The Daft.ie
Rental Price Report for 2023 Q1.

That means Tipperary had the second-highest year on year change in Munster, after Limerick County at 18.7%

The average rent in the Premier County is now €1,215.

That price reflects a 3.9% increase on last quarter.

It is still cheaper to buy than rent across all housing types in Tipperary.

The national average was an 11.1% increase which was, according to the report, a 'slowdown' compared to 2022.
