Nenagh Municipal District Council will host its annual general meeting today (Thursday, June 15) in the Civic Offices, Limerick Road at which it will elect a new Cathaoirleach and leas-Chathaoirleach.

Independent councillor Hughie McGrath, who has been in the chair for the past year, will hand over to Lowry Team member Cllr John "Rocky" McGrath from the Newport electoral area.
