Taoiseach Simon Harris and Eleanor Maher met Samantha & Simone in Carney - only three days old!

The Taoiseach Simon Harris joined his Fine Gael colleague Eleanor Maher for a day of canvassing around her local electoral area in the lead up to next week's election.

They made sure to stop by Eleanor's home village of Carney, just outside of Nenagh to meet all her family, neighbours and friends who have been supporting her in the lead up to the local elections.

In a video message to the people of the Nenagh electoral area, the Taoiseach said, "I really want to ask you to get out and support Eleanor on the 7th of June.
