Voting closed in Nenagh with just over 50% turnout overall - Will it be enough?

The first results later today will reveal whose supporters showed up at the polls

Nenagh Polling Station

Polling stations closed nationwide last night at 10pm and some of the final figures for voter turnout were revealed.

In the town of Nenagh, 51% of those eligible to vote turned up to cast their ballot.

Turnout from the remaining areas in the Nenagh Local Electoral Area is yet to be revealed but compared to 2019's 59% turnout, it seems quite possible that less voters showed up at the polls in the Nenagh LEA this year.

This weekend, as results come in between today tomorrow, all will be revealed as to whose supporters showed up to have their say.

Stay tuned on Tipperary Live and Nenagh Live for results as they come in throughout the weekend.
