Cahir - Independents, Fianna Fáil
Carrick On Suir - Fianna Fáil, Sinn Fein
Clonmel - Fine Gael, Social Democrats
Cashel - Fine Gael, Independents
Nenagh - Independents, Lowry Team
Newport - Labour, Fine Gael
Roscrea/Templemore - Lowry Team, Fianna Fáil
Thurles - Fianna Fáil, Lowry Team
