Kilruane Bingo needs you!
For nearly 50 years, bingo has been run in the Fr Niall O' Meara Hall in Kilruane on Saturday evenings throughout the year.
The bingo is described as "an invaluable social outlet for so many in the community and is a very significant financial contributer towards the running of [their] Club."
The bingo has survived due to the dedication and hard work of a number of volunteers over the years, led by Vice-presidents Sean Melia, Susan O' Brien and the late Des Gaynor.
Kilruane now need to establish a roster of volunteers (25-30) who would be prepared to give a hand for around 2 hours on a Saturday evening.
With sufficient volunteers, you will only be needed maybe 6-8 times during the year.
Kilruane Macdonaghs Camogie Club have asked people to get behind this ask and ensure the continued survival and success of the bingo.
