Josephine Ray was 'an icon of Nenagh'
The murder inquiry following the death of elderly Nenagh woman Josephine Ray last weekend is still ongoing this morning as Gardaí continue to appeal for anyone with information to come forward. It is believed that the killer may have been known to the much-loved Nenagh woman.
The funeral details for Ms Ray have now been announced, she will be reposing at Ryan's funeral home today (Thursday) from 5-7pm and her remains will arrive at St. Mary of the Rosary Church, Nenagh on Friday for her Requiem mass at 11am.
Josephine is predeceased by her husband Paddy & daughter Joan O'Brien. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Sarah, Frances, Mary & Carmel, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, her great neighbours, relatives & friends.
