First-Aid Arrives in St Mary's Secondary School, Nenagh

A trained paramedic, Barry, came to Saint Marys to share a few practical things that we need to know in case of an emergency. TYs spent the day with Barry as he taught us what to do if different scenarios were to happen and we were present.

From as little as tending a wound to doing CPR and how to do it properly, we all participated in the course, and it was very useful, interesting and even fun.

Barry even taught us some very important things that we need to know in order to live a healthy life as well.

If you are ever in need, and there is a TY student from St Mary's present, no need to panic!
