Former senior camogie boss Bill Mullaney back in management with the Premier county

Bill Mullaney

Bill Mullaney didn’t stay away from camogie management for too long having stepped down at the end of the season as senior manager earlier in the summer he was recently ratified as the new Tipperary U16A manager.

The Newport Ballinahinch man takes over from John Ryan who takes up the reins as manager of the county minor team.
Bill brings huge management experience to the role having previously manager Tipperary camogie at minor, intermediate and senior level.

He has assembled a very strong management team with Ballybacon Grange duo Grainne O’Leary and Bobby Carrigan as coach/selectors while Carmel Bradshaw from Ballina who worked with Bill as selector with the Tipperary seniors comes in as a selector.

Last year’s U16 team reached both the Munster and All-Ireland final only to loose out to an excellent Cork team.
We wish Bill and his management team the very best of luck in 2023.
