Tipperary will face Cork in this year's O'Neills.com Munster U20 Hurling Championship Final on Friday night, and after a prolonged wait, the venue has finally been confirmed with the TUS Gaelic Grounds hosting the game.
There was a big wait for the respective teams and management over where the games would take place, with Limerick initially ruled out. On top of that, a historic fixture arrangement between the counties meant that Cork owed Tipperary the chance for home venue.
However, this was nulled due to the old system and arrangement being tossed out with the introduction of a round-robin system at this grade.
In the end, Limerick GAA earlier today accommodated the fixture which will now be decided on the recently refurbished pitch of the city venue.
The game will take place this coming Friday evening, May 24th at 8 pm, where Tipperary will be hoping to repeat their trouncing of the Rebels earlier this month.
