The death has occurred of Teresa Crowe, Beakstown, Holycross, Thurles, and formerly of The Bronx, New York, and Leonia, New Jersey.

Teresa, who passed away peacefully in the dedicated care of the staff at Ardeen Nursing Home, was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.
A much-loved figure at home and abroad, Teresa is remembered with deep affection for her kindness, generosity and warmth.
She was a cherished member of her family and a loyal friend to many, both in Tipperary and in the Irish community in New York, where she lived for many years.
During her time in the United States, Teresa became deeply involved with Tipperary Hurling New York and the wider New York GAA, where her enthusiasm, support and commitment earned her widespread respect and enduring friendships.
She leaves behind a lasting legacy within those circles, where she will be remembered not only for her dedication to the games but also for her ability to bring people together.
In Tipperary, Teresa was equally well-regarded by all who knew her. Tributes describe her as a woman whose warmth touched everyone she met, and whose life reflected a deep pride in her heritage and community.
Reposing will take place at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Thurles, this Friday, October 3rd, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles, on Saturday, October 4th, at 11am, followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 3pm.
Teresa will be forever remembered with love and affection.
