Sharlene Mawdsley and Mikey Breen are being backed for a Christmas engagement, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes.
The sporting couple have been smitten since officially announcing their relationship during the summer and eventually moving in with each other in September.

Once again, the pair were linked at the GAA/GPA All-Stars ceremony on the weekend, while rumours were rife that they will be engaged by the end of the year, sitting at 3/1 odds.
The couple are at evens to get engaged in 2026.

Nicola McGeady of Ladbrokes commented: “Punters are obsessed with this couple, with celebrations of the All-Ireland win the official beginning of their relationship. We could be in for a Christmas engagement for the sporting stars.”
