Two Tipperary referees appointed to officiate upcoming Munster club hurling finals

Two Tipperary referees have been handed major provincial appointments for the upcoming AIB Munster Club Hurling Finals after Munster GAA confirmed the match officials for all three deciders taking place on November 29 and 30.

Alan Tierney of Shannon Rovers will take charge of the AIB Munster Club Senior Hurling Final between Ballygunner of Waterford and Éire Óg Inis of Clare.

The game will be played at FBD Semple Stadium in Thurles on Sunday, November 30 at 3pm. 

Meanwhile, Ciarán O’Donovan of Burgess has been selected to referee the AIB Munster Club Junior Hurling Final between Kilbrittain of Cork and Kilrossanty of Waterford in Mallow on Saturday, November 29 at 1pm.
