Local Tipperary cancer support centre accepts generous €15,000 donation

A presentation of €15,000 took place last week in the gardens of the Suir Haven Cancer Support Centre.

The group would like to sincerely thank “Ramble for Ronan” and the Loughnane family for their very generous donation to the centre.

This contribution will help them provide much-needed services to those who avail of support here at Suir Haven and North Tipp Hospice.

At the centre in Thurles, Suir Haven offers emotional and practical support along with information, in a safe, positive, and confidential environment.

All services are provided free of charge, regardless of means.

These include one-to-one and group counselling, reflexology, massage, mindfulness, yoga, art therapy, educational workshops, and support group services.

The centre says they are deeply grateful for everyone's generosity.

Their services would not be possible without the kindness and continued support of the people.
