It is anticipated that the all-weather track in Tipperary will be completed by the end of the third quarter in 2027
Following the recent approval from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine to proceed with the development of a second all-weather track at Tipperary, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) has announced changes to the 2026 Fixture List.
These alternative Tipperary fixtures and all associated races will return to Tipperary following construction of the new all-weather track.

It is anticipated that work will commence on the new all-weather Track in the first quarter of 2026, to be completed by the end of the third quarter in 2027, with a view to staging a full winter race programme in 2027/28.
