The council has received a planning application seeking to change the use of a building in Tipperary into a meditation space.
Owners of the building in Cloughjordan have applied to retain an existing dwelling and outbuilding to include alterations to internal layout.
The application also seeks to construct elevations and change the use of the outbuilding as a meditation space.

An Archaeological Impact Assessment may have to be undertaken as part of this application due to proximity of the development to the historical 'Bullaun Stone' in the village.
Tipperary County Council have until February 5 2026 to make a decision on whether to grant planning permission.
