Planning permission has been sought by a developer in Tipperary to create 35 new homes in Clonmel.
The proposed plans are for a development at Crann Ard and Glencarra Estates, Ardgeeha Upper, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Plans submitted to Tipperary County Council last week show that the homes would comprise of 24 three-bedroom, two-storey, semi-detached units, nine three-bedroom, two-storey, terraced units and two three-bedroom, single-storey, detached units, with a total of 75 car parking spaces to be included in the development.

A Part 5 agreement with the council shows that seven of the planned units will be transferable to the council if plans were given the green light.
Tipperary County Council is scheduled to make a decision on the proposal by February 24 2026.
