The proposal concerns Nos. 7 and 8 McDonagh Street, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, where permission is being sought to demolish existing derelict structures and replace them with three two-storey terraced dwelling houses.

The plans also provide for associated works to the rear gardens, connections to the public water supply and sewer, and all related site works.

The application has been lodged by Margaret Fogarty and is categorised as a new application for planning permission.

Tipperary County Council received the application on December 8, 2025. A decision on the proposal is expected by February 10, 2026.
