Uisce Éireann is making steady progress to upgrade over 5.6km of water main between Ballypatrick and Kylanoreashy.
These works will reduce leakage and provide a more reliable water supply to local homes and businesses.

To facilitate the connection of the newly installed water mains, there will be a planned outage this week.
Customers in Ballypatrick village, Kilnoracey, Ballydine, Ballynahara, Dovehill, Deerpark, Ballyneale, Faugheen, Figlash, Cregg, Mainstown, Mcreary, Ballyrichard, Mullagh, Butlerstown Seeking and the surrounding areas may experience some disruption to their supply on Wednesday, 21 January from 10am to 4pm.

Uisce Éireann’s Dave Murphy said: “We understand the inconvenience caused by an interruption to supply. Every effort will be made to limit the impact of these essential works, and we would like to thank the community in advance for their patience and co-operation.”
