The plan includes 21 three-bedroom houses in three rows, along with roads, sidewalks, parking, water pipes, public green areas, street lights, fences, and other related work.

A proposal for a sprawling new housing estate in Barnora, along Cashel Road in Cahir, has landed on the desk of Tipperary County Council.

The plan includes 21 three-bedroom houses in three rows, along with roads, sidewalks, parking, water pipes, public green areas, street lights, fences, and other related work.

Tipperary County Council is expected to decide on the application by March 13, 2026.
