Shirley Clooney and Heather Bailey presented Fethard Daycare Manager, Mairead McCormack with a cheque for €300 for the Meals on Wheels service.
Fethard Day Care Centre recently received a donation of €300 for its Meals on Wheels service, from the annual Carol Service held at Holy Trinity Church.
The cheque was presented to Day Care Centre Manager Mairéad McCormack by Shirley Clooney and Heather Bailey.
The funds were raised through the generosity of parishioners who attended the much-loved Carol Service.

The donation will support the Meals on Wheels service, which provides vital assistance to older members of the community and those in need, helping them to remain independent in their own homes.
Sincere thanks were expressed to the parishioners of Holy Trinity Church for their kindness and continued support.
The contribution is greatly appreciated by all involved in the Day Care Centre and will make a meaningful difference to the service, said the organisation.
