Tipperary is set to welcome new homes as the county council gives the green light to a modern two-storey apartment building in Thurles.

The Croke Street project features a stylish two-storey building, each floor offering a cozy one-bedroom apartment. Just behind it, a second building will provide three more one-bedroom homes at ground level and another above. The development also includes essential site improvements to support the new residences.

The council's approval is subject to six specific conditions.
