Each home will have a private rear garden and dedicated off-street parking. The development will provide a total of sixty car parking spaces. Six of the new homes will be allocated to the local authority for social housing. Approval is subject to twenty-three specific conditions.
Conditions include installing underground electric car charging pipes at all parking spaces, making a deal with Uisce Éireann for water supply, and paying the local council €74,865 to connect services.
To protect the project, the developer must provide a €255,000 cash deposit or insurance so the council can complete construction if there are financial problems.
