Retractable shop awnings will grace the building’s front, offering both shade and a touch of character to its historic façade.
All site preparation and development works will be completed as part of the project.
Vehicular access will be provided through the existing shared entrance yard. Grown in a Garden Ltd is seeking planning permission for works at ‘The Barracks’, Killaghy Street, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary, E41 F2C3. The building is a protected structure (NIAH reference 22106002; Record of Protected Structures TRPS1613).
