Age is no barrier as outstanding Tipperary athlete wins national silver medal

Myles McHugh won silver in the over 80 event

Abbotstown in Dublin was the venue for the recent National Intermediate and Masters Cross Country Championships.

In the Masters Men over 65 event, Myles McHugh of Clonmel AC delivered an outstanding performance in the over 80 event, winning the silver medal.

Well done Myles!
