RIP: 'A lovely person,' tributes paid after passing of young Tipperary mother

Tributes have been paid after the passing of young Tipperary woman Sharon Prendergast.

Tributes have been paid after the passing of young Tipperary woman Sharon Prendergast.

The death has occurred of Sharon Prendergast late of Castle Green Avenue, Cashel and formerly Castle Street, Carrick-on-Suir, county Tipperary.

Sharon passed away peacefully on the March 15, 2026 surrounded by her family. Pre-deceased by her sisters Joanne, Laura.

Sharon will be sadly missed by her partner Zak, daughter Zara, parent's Michael and Geraldine, brother Michael, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Sharon will be arriving at St Nicholas' Church on Friday the 20th March for requiem Mass on arrival at 10.30am.

Followed by Private Cremation in The Island Crematorium, Cork.
