Three players from Tipperary have been included in the Ireland squad for the upcoming Women’s Six Nations.
Head coach Scott Bemand, who has today agreed a contract extension through to 2029, has selected a 36-player panel for the championship.
Dorothy Wall of Fethard has been named among the forwards, alongside Clonmel’s Beth Buttimer, who is in line for her first cap, while Caitríona Finn, an outhalf from Garrykennedy, is also included and is one of nine uncapped players in the squad.
Ireland will kick off their Six Nations campaign against England at Twickenham on Saturday, April 11.
