Uisce Éireann send planning application to County Council for works on treatment plant

The council is expected to make a decision by May 6.

Linguan Water Treatment Plant, Townland of Tinvane, Carrick-On-Suir, Co. Tipperary, E32 X789 has sent a planning application to the County Council.

The development consists of the following: new high-lift pump kiosk; new UV disinfection kiosk; new chemical dosing for orthophosphate and sodium hydroxide in a container; new sodium hydroxide bulk storage tank; new borehole 1 kiosk; new borehole 2 kiosk; all related site works and ancillary development.

The council is expected to make a decision by May 6.
