A group of young dancers from the Dancers Academy of Performing Arts in Tipperary recently took a special trip to London where they gave a memorable performance at London’s iconic O2 Arena on Sunday, March 29.
21 dedicated students travelled from Tipperary to take part in the event organised by DAPA, which is a Dance, Musical Theatre and Gymnastics organisation based in Thurles,Cashel and Tipperary Town for Children aged from 3 -18 years.

Accompanying the group was their teacher, Sheona, whose guidance and commitment played a central role in preparing the dancers for the big stage.
She was supported by her mother, Eilish, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every costume was perfectly fitted, sewn, and performance-ready.
Despite the scale of the venue and the pressure that comes with performing in front of a large audience, the girls demonstrated remarkable composure and confidence.

Their performance was a testament to their hard work, discipline, and passion for dance, earning praise from all who supported them.
Their teacher, families and DAPA owner Katy Wallace were extremely proud of each and every one of them, well done to the young performers for representing Tipperary on an international stage.
