Public appeal to find missing girl stands down as child located safe and well

A 7-year-old girl who went missing yesterday (January 9) has now been located safe and well, An Garda Síochána has confirmed.

Gardaí issued a public appeal earlier today (January 10) to trace the whereabouts of Martha Alite, who was believed to have been collected from her school in Firhouse, Dublin by an adult male relative.

An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in the matter.

No further action is required.
