A popular Irish restaurant has been named as one of the top ten best steakhouses in the world.
The World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants ranking named FX Buckley as the sixth best steak restaurant worldwide, with Parrilla Don Julio in Buenos Aires taking the top spot.
Hawksmoor in London, American Cut Tribeca in New York, Carcasse in Koksijde, and El Capricho in Jiménez de Jamuz make up the rest of the Top 5.
FX Buckley's Head of Operations and Development, Stephen Buckley, said, "We are honoured to be placed amongst the best in the world and be the only Irish restaurant to feature on the 2023 list.
"As meat experts, we pride ourselves on showcasing the best of Irish beef and serve only 100pc Irish, traditional heritage breeds."
He thanked his team and customers for their support and comments since the honour was announced.
