THE GAELTACHT is about to witness sparks fly as ten hopeful singles step into the world of Grá ar an Trá, the Irish Love Island style series that promises to set hearts racing.

Presenters Gráinne Seoige, James Kavanagh and Síomha Ní Ruairc are about to rule the Waterford roost where singles will compete for the title of "couple with the most focail."

Michelle McGrath from Clare: Michelle believes in being treated well and is a pro at spotting game players. Her favorite chat-up line is cheeky, and her love for the dramatic Irish word "Go tobann" is undeniable.

Donal Breathnach from Waterford: Donal is on the lookout for genuine, kind-hearted, and musically inclined love. He's experienced love before but is ready to offer even more "grá."

Andrew Jackson from Monaghan: After living abroad for a while, Andrew is excited to connect with new people in Ireland and show his passions. He's also open to finding love while doing so.

Megan O'Regan Byrne, the radio presenter from Carlow: Megan craves a mature and serious relationship, and she's determined to improve her Gaeilge. She hopes "Grá ar an Trá" will be her answer.

Saoirse Eireann Ní Chuilleagáin, Dublin native: Saoirse values integrity and cultural awareness in a partner. Her witty chat-up line and keen sense of humor make her a standout.

Seán Ó Maoilchiaráin from Limerick: Seán is in it for the craic and to share his love for Gaeilge. Who knows, he might just find love on the way!

Loman Jinks, the electrician from Galway: Loman seeks someone who's sound and fun, and he has a unique requirement – the ability to reverse a trailer.

Laura Pakenham from Longford: Laura wants a partner who's kind and caring and can make her feel giddy. Her crafty chat-up line strategy is a charm on nights out.

Ciara McMenamy from Dublin: Ciara aims to step out of her comfort zone, learn Irish as her first language, and hopefully find "Grá." She has high expectations for her ideal partner.

Femi Bankole from Dundalk: Femi is looking to reignite his passion for the Irish language and desires a partner who matches his chaos. He firmly believes in moving past the "ick" moments.

The stage is set for a thrilling adventure and a chance to win the grand prize of €10,000.

Grá ar an Trá promises a blend of fun tasks, cheeky challenges, and romantic rendezvous, all while brushing up on their Irish language skills. Love, laughter, and a dash of Gaeilge await in this exciting new series.
