Nick Jonas pays surprise dinner visit to pub owned by Irish rugby legends

Hollywood star and singer Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers has been spotted in an Irish pub/restaurant where he posed for a pic with staff.

He was in The Bridge 1859 in Ballsbridge, the second time he has been spotted out and about in the capital in recent weeks.

The pub was delighted to host the star and even offered to provide a table of three for his next visit, if he would like to bring his two brothers along.

Posting on social media, the pub said: "An absolute pleasure hosting Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers for dinner last night! Thanks for dropping by, Nick! Hope to see you again soon! And hey, we've got tables for three in case you want to bring your brothers along next time #oneforthewall"

It has been reported that Nick Jonas is currently in Dublin filming a movie with Paul Rudd and Irish director John Carney.

While best known as being a member of the band formed with his brothers Kevin and Joe, the Texas singer has also featured in films such as Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, and Careful What You Wish For.

The Jonas Brothers are due to perform a gig in Dublin in June.
