US singer Sabrina Carpenter has released the music video for her latest single Please, Please, Please, starring her real-life boyfriend Barry Keoghan.

The video is directed by Bardia Zeinali and depicts the celebrity couple as a fictional Bonnie-and Clyde.

After locking eyes with the Dublin actor in a police station, Carpenter returns to bail her bad-boy lover out of jail again and again over the course of the video, before finally tiring of playing the supportive girl and cuffing Keoghan to a chair to end his crime spree.

Produced by Jack Antonoff, Please, Please, Please is her second single, after viral hit Espresso, from the US singers upcoming sixth album Short n' Sweet, set for release in August.

Released this Thursday, June 6, the video is already provoking strong reations on the internet, with many people obsessing over the couples real-life relationship, and the realisation that Barry Keoghan is, in fact, hot.

"Making a song about warning your boyfriend not to f*** up and then having him starred in it that is so iconic," one commenter on Youtube wrote.

"The way he's extremely obsessed with her. I CAN SEE IT IN HIS EYES," gushed another.

Rumours of a romantic link between the Espresso singer and the Saltburn star had been swirling since late 2023.

The pair made their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in March this year, and also attended the Met Gala together in May.

The comments under Carpenter's Instagram post sharing clips of the video followed a similar vein, with fans of both reacting with shock and delight at further proof of the couple's relationship.

"The hard launch no one saw coming but everyone wanted," one fan posted.

"It was bring your man to work day and they served," another wrote.
