Gardai have confirmed that both Olivia Loughrey, 16, and Lorcan Meehan, 17, have been located 'safe and well'
Separate public appeals for help in locating two missing teenagers have been stood down after both were located, gardai have confirmed.
The first appeal, which was issued on Thursday night, related to 16-year-old Olivia Loughrey, who was reported missing from her home in Teesan, County Sligo on Monday, February 17.
In an update, issued this Friday, a garda spokesperson confirmed the appeal has now been stood down as Olivia has been "located safe and well".

The second appeal, issued on Tuesday of this week, related to 17-year-old Lorcan Meehan from Dublin 7 who was reported missing a number of days earlier - on Valentines Day.
Confirming that that appeal has also been stood down, a garda spokesperson said: "Lorcan Meehan, 17-years-old, who was reported missing from the Dublin 7 area since Friday, February 14m 2025, has been located safe and well."
No further details have been disclosed publicly in either case and the circumstances which led to Olivia and Lorcan being located remain unclear.
In confirming the positive outcome in each case, gardai thanked members of the public and the media for their assistance with both appeals.
