Gardaí in Bray, County Wicklow have made an arrest of a man in his 30s as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in his 30s, on the 19th of January.
The man was arrested on Wednesday the 23rd of April, and has been subsequently charged.
From the Garda Press Office on the arrest:
Gardaí in Bray are continuing to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in his 30s following an incident in Bray, County Wicklow on Sunday, 19th January 2025.
Gardaí on Wednesday 23rd April 2025, arrested one man, aged in his 30s, in connection with this investigation.
He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984, at a Garda Station in the Wexford / Wicklow Division.
Updated information following the man being charged:
The man (aged in his 30’s) arrested yesterday, Wednesday 23rd April 2025, in connection with this investigation, has since been charged.
He is expected to appear before Bray District Court this morning, Thursday 24th April 2025, at approximately 10.30am.
Investigations are ongoing.
