21-year-old father dies in hospital after e-scooter crash in Dublin

A 21-year-old father has died in hospital after being seriously injured in an e-scooter crash in Dublin.

Jack Goss was the father of a four-month-old girl and a fourth-year apprentice.

Mr Goss was travelling on the e-scooter when he was seriously injured on the Cappagh Road in Finglas shortly after 5pm on Sunday.

He was brought to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where he died on Monday.

Gardai have appealed for witnesses to come forward, including those with dash-cam or other footage.
