A teenager who had been the subject of a missing person appeal for more than three years has been found, gardaí have confirmed.
Neraid Corja, who was 16 when he went missing, was reported missing from the Broadford area of Co Kildare on Friday, March 10, 2023.
In an update issued today, Friday, gardaí confirmed the case has now been resolved.
A spokesperson said: "Neraid Corja (16) who was reported missing from the Broadford area of Co. Kildare since Friday 10th March 2023, has been located."
They added: "We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter."

At the time of the original appeal, gardaí sought the public's help in tracing the teenager, who was described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches in height with a slim build, brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing black trousers and black and white runners.
The appeal remained in place for several years before today's update confirmed he has now been found.
