Holycross Village Market keeps on going from strength to strength and the latest market was one to remember for all those who attended.
It was great fun and a great success at The Village Market on December 14th as Santa and Mrs Clause received a great welcome.
The complimentary 'Soup & Brown Bread' went down a treat as did the mulled wine and 'Christmas Wish Ribbons' which were popular on the day.
A spokesperson said: "We are delighted to announce that €605 was donated to St Vincent de Paul – Holycross Ballycahill. Thanks to all who contributed and to the team of volunteers who made it all possible.
"Many participated in the floral Gift & Lift initiative for self care while having an opportunity to lift the spirits of another. Raffle winners were Mary Coman, Mary McLoughney, Mary Ryan and Margaret Lowry.
"As we take a break until Easter , we sincerely thank everyone who visited and supported the Village Market during the year. Thanks to the many traders, students, hard working team of volunteers and the parish of Holycross for the venues. We wish you all a peaceful and prosperous new year."
