I am Grace Gleeson and I own my business just outside Cappamore Village, in Co. Limerick in the amazing tranquil settings steeped in nature looking over the Galtee Mountains.

I offer various therapies, to help my clients with their emotional and physical trauma in their lives. My own self healing journey started back in 2012 when I developed Carpal Tunnel and since I have learned more about healing myself and finding the root cause of my issue then I was able to start my own healing journey.

We all experience trauma in our lives, and we have the choice whether we deal with the trauma or do we just push it to one side and not deal with it. I help clients who may be experiencing overwhelm, low self confidence, low self worth, self sabotage, guilt, shame to name a few.

I share techniques and tools to help my clients self regulate themselves, I share my wealth of knowledge in relation to self care and the importance of looking after ourselves.

We can’t keep giving the whole time of our energy if we do not have our own cup filled up firstly, so self love, self care starts with you. Our own self worth is so important the way we speak about ourselves, the way we dress, and the beliefs we believe about ourselves if we don’t value ourselves how can we expect others to value or respect us.
