Gardaí in Cahir are hoping to reunite some lost cash with its rightful owner after a “lovely lady” called into the station over the weekend with money she found while out for a walk.

However, before anyone starts chancing their arm, gardaí say they’ll be asking a few key questions before handing it back.
Anyone who thinks they may have misplaced the money is asked to contact Cahir Garda Station — but be prepared to answer the following:
Where was it found?
Clue: it was less than 10km from the station

It’s more than €20 but less than €1,000,000
And what time of day do you think you lost it?
